With a keen group of Year 12s and two new Year 9 members we spent half a day in the glorious sunshine sorting through rubbish! The purpose of the audit was to see what types of rubbish we are putting into landfill, the volume and whether it can be diverted from landfill, in other words be recycled. We are pleased to say that our school has shown some improvement. We are recycling a lot more and therefore our rubbish has been reduced by about a third.
